National Opioid Treatment Clinicians Association (NOTCA)
The National Opioid Treatment Clinicians Association was established in 1999. NOTCA is the certification body associated with and established by the GMPC to review and authenticate clinical competency, by a credentialing process, for opioid treatment counselors.
